HPKit v0.2 released

HPKit v0.2 is available, with various enhancements and bugfixes:

• new hprologix tool, to configure the Prologix;
• added SAD (Secondary ADdress) support;
• full Prologix command set supported;
• fixed a bug in the hplisten tool.
